Implant helps paralyzed man stand, take steps
Thu May 19, 2011
I almost cried while reading this article. He was a star athlete at Oregon State University (where I graduated from college and we were there at the same time) and he was on our championship baseball team. My heart sunk when I heard about his accident.
New Mexico woman killed in attack by 4 dogs
Tue Apr 26, 2011
I used to work in a humane society and my favorite dogs were probably the pitbulls. I was actually afraid of them before I went to work there. They were the sweetest, most loving dogs I had ever met.
Is gluten really bad for your body?
Sun Apr 24, 2011
I have non-celiac gluten intolerance and people with that or celiac cannot have rye. It has gluten in it.
More than 2 million babies stillborn every year
Wed Apr 13, 2011

Fri Feb 11, 2011
Mocha, I love how you assume that my son isn't in a 5 point harness when he is in one. I have sat him in many seats and he can get out of all of them. Thankfully, he DOES know that he only allowed to get out of his carseat when we are stopped and ready to leave the car.

Fri Feb 11, 2011
I have a 4.5 year old son and he knows how to get himself out of his restraints even though he is ALWAYS buckled in. In fact, I have never met a child his age that didn't know how.

Thu Dec 2, 2010
When I was younger, I hated my first name (Shayna). I wanted something less unique and now I wouldn't trade it for the world. It fits me perfectly. With that said, I do like a lot of the popular names.
